Abstract
This is an experiment, which tries to encompass scientific work and relevant structures and morphologies of the microcosmos with morphologies of the original environment of the author, the Tyrolean Alps. It should emphasize the totalitarian aspect of our existence as scientists and human beings in a specific environment. For it is not only in architecture--where it is most obvious--that art and science combine to the benefit and pleasure of man. Maybe this presentation can also contribute to this general desire and search of man: the search for beauty. Finally, through this presentation I try to meditate on the inner richness of mountains, on the true sense of montaineering in connection with essential values of life.
