Abstract
The relative contribution of the crystallographic phases in studied layers depends on the Zn content in the flux during the growth process: for the smallest Zn content, the α-phase dominates, while with the Zn increasing, the volume fractions of “γ-MnTe” and β-ZnMnTe phases increase. In the sample grown with the highest Zn content in the flux, the “γ-MnTe” phase is dominant. Finally, we compared our experimental results with theoretical considerations concerning possibilities of existence of the phases described above.
