Abstract
In this paper, we report the measurement of impedance for TrHgBrCl2 from 100Â Hz to 1Â MHz with the temperature ranging from 300 up to 450Â K. The Cole-Cole (Zâ² via Zâ³) plots are well fitted to an equivalent circuit model. The single semicircle indicates only one primary mechanism for the electrical conduction within TrHgBrCl2. The variation of the value of these elements with temperatures confirmed the availability of the phase transition at 338Â K detected by DSC and dielectric measurements.
