The Roadmaps of Total Quality Management in the Greek Education System According to Deming, Juran, and Crosby in light of the EFQM Model

In the present paper the roadmaps leading to quality are presented. They refer both to the general model of Total Quality Management as well as to the quality gurus Deming, Juran, and Crosby. Views of Greek teachers are analyzed according to EFQM model. Common points and differences of these views are stressed and valuable conclusions are drawn in the field of Total Quality Management in Greek Education.
