Abstract

This article is designed to develop an understanding of the graduates’ satisfaction determinants when higher education is modeled as a consumer service. According to the research objective, which refers to assessing the factors, that determine graduates’ satisfaction with the quality of the international study program and to the literature evidence, this research is based on the idea that the satisfaction is the way in which the institution meets the requirements regarding on how well the service was delivered (performance) and on how well the service helped the user to achieve his goals (outcomes).
