Employment – Cause and Effect of the Economic Growth

Quadrangle called to solve the problems of the contemporary world - economic growth, human development, welfare and happiness-still faces the eternal conflict between the limited resources and the natural tendency of multiplication and diversification of human needs, individual and total. Without proposes a hierarchy of the place and role of the recalled quadrilateral components we are witnessing to the reconsideration of the economic growth as a fundamental element, if only for the fact that we unfortunately face with elements in the field of survival. The study suggests that an increased level of employment growth involves both a high economic performance, expressed mainly by the high level of work performance and especially the development and diversification of the services sector. Also, in the paper are presented the main implications of the reducing labour week and flexibility of work programs.
