Abstract
We present the preliminary design of structural study beamline. White X-rays are generated by a bending magnet and then monochromatized and focused by a double-crystal monochromator and a rhodium-coated bent-cylindrical mirror. The FWHM beam size at the focal point is sub-millimeter. The photon flux and energy resolution are expected to be better than 1Â ÃÂ 1010Â photons/s and 8Â ÃÂ 10â4, respectively, in the energy range between 2.2 and 10Â keV. X-rays are supplied for several measurement systems in the experimental station.
