Abstract
In this paper, the radiolytical mechanism of 4-chlorphenol as a model of POPs has been studied by the use of pulse radiolysis and analysis of stable products irradiated in different conditions. It has been shown that 4-chlorphenol can be turned into organic acids effectively in basic aqueous solution saturated with oxygen under lower irradiated dosages.
