Abstract
The angular distributions of L-REC photons generated in collisions of 216Â MeV/u U91+-, U90+- and U89+-ions with N2 - target were measured. X-ray spectra, registered for different observation angles, were used in order to separate, for the first time, the L-REC angular distribution for the 2s1/2 subshell. Experimental data are very well reproduced by relativistic theoretical predictions.
