Abstract
Microcrystals of cubic boron nitride powders synthesized under different conditions and further irradiated with neutrons of fission spectrum have been investigated. Some features of the samples like paramagnetic properties changes have been determined to depend on the irradiation dose. It has been shown that the initial boron-type defects growth occurs under both thermal neutrons and fast neutrons irradiation. The nitrogen containing defects concentration changes in a threshold manner.
