Abstract

Quality of Life indicators are tools to determine the governing social policies like social challenges: the aging population, unemployment, social inclusion, changing the structure inside the family. Decision makers in the political spectrum have through Quality of Life indicators highlighting paradigm a measure for setting short and medium term strategies. The economic crisis has major roots in a social and organizational crisis at micro level (village, town, and city), medium (county, region) and macro (country, nation, community EU in its ensemble), respective Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics-NUTS 1-macroregions, NUTS 2-regions, NUTS 3-counties. Caeteris non paribus represent a paradigm approach for interpretation of interaction factors. Caeteris non paribus approach trying to fill the gap in economic research by highlighting stochastic methods for economic phenomena that have continuous orbits, but discrete stochastic measurements for their characteristics in panel data model.
