Determinant of Funding from Grants

This paper presents absorption of the EU funds in Romania in the year 2015. The author analyzes and identifies the factors that influence the approach and implementation of projects financed from European funds. This paper examines scientific and particularly addressing elements that adversely affect projects from grants, mainly from grants from the European Union. The most important elements identified and analyzed by the author are: finance, information, project management, organization management authorities, reimbursement, and evaluation. These elements are analyzed through the stages in which there are: identifying objectives, project development, project implementation and ensure financing for the project. Finally, analyzing the critical issues raised, the author proposes a number of ways in which they can be mitigated
