Abstract
In the last few years in Russia and other countries innovative clusters are widely spread and are recognized as a tool for competitive growth of companies, regions and the whole country. At present time the assessment of their functioning efficiency is a relevant task. The article describes the technique of quantitative assessment of cluster operation efficiency, based on the companies value as part of cluster.
