Abstract
In situ self-assembly one-dimensional(1D) PbS nanocrystals were synthesized via hydrothermal route using Pb(NO3)2 and thiourea as starting materials. The reaction temperature was maintained at 150 °C for 3 h. The 1D materials are 85 nm in breadth and 1.5 μm in length. The results show that the concentrations of raw materials and reaction temperature play important factors in the formation of 1D and high-orientation products. The products also showed blue shift in the UV-Vis and PL spectra. This preparation conditions are simple and easy to operate and control, and might be used to synthesize other 1D self-assembly nanomaterials.
