Abstract
Crucible and crystal rotation rates affect the main frequencies and amplitude of fluctuations at various positions. The crystal rotation is a dominant factor at the center of the crystal. Both crystal and crucible rotation affect the temperature fluctuation near the edge crystal region when the crystal rotation rate is low.
