Abstract

Management theoreticians agree goal is one of the important factors of consciously managed companies. However by the staff and management perceived importance of goals for various corporate levels is different. The paper points disparity in importance perception of goals and goals setting for various corporate levels in contrast to the contemporary generally expectation. The paper compares the perceived importance in three corporate levels and in relation to corporate vision and in addition to personal goals as well. The aim of the paper is based on quantitative survey to identify the most significant disparities in importance perception of goals.
