Abstract
The interface between magnetite (Fe3O4) and Nb-doped SrTiO3 shows typical characteristics of a Schottky barrier. Current-voltage characteristics depend on the applied magnetic field. Within a simple model the spin polarization of the magnetite layers was derived.
