Abstract
The results of experimental studies of magnetic susceptibility of ErFe1âxAlxO3 and ErFe1âxGaxO3 powder solid solutions are presented in this work. Susceptibility measurements have been carried out using RG Cahn automatic electrobalance and Lake Shore 7225 AC susceptometer/DC magnetometer. Temperatures of a spin reorientation range and a compensation point have been determined. These temperatures depend on concentration (x) of nonmagnetic substitutions in Fe sublattice.
