Abstract
The experimental data of neutron diffraction study of Ti0.8V0.2C0.62, Ti0.8V0.2C0.62H0.08 and Ti0.8V0.2C0.62H0.11 prepared by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis are presented and discussed. It is established that in Ti0.8V0.2C0.62 exist cubic (space group Fd3m) and trigonal (space group R3¯m) ordered structures. Only cubic ordered structure (space group Fd3m) exists in the compound carbidehydrides. The long-range order parameter is higher in Ti0.8V0.2C0.62Hx than in Ti0.8V0.2C0.62.
