Abstract
La0.8Na0.2MnO3 films were successfully fabricated via the chemical solution deposition (CSD) method on LaAlO3 and YSZ single crystal substrates. The results showed that the two samples behaved like epitaxial films. It was suggested that it was possible to fabricate highly (h 0 0)-oriented colossal magnetoresistance films on YSZ substrates using CSD.
