Abstract
CRYOgenic Polarization Analysis Device (CRYOPAD) has been introduced to the triple-axis spectrometer TAS-1 at JRR-3 in JAERI. ILL, CEA-Grenoble and JAERI assembled three third-generation CRYOPADs in the framework of EC/ENPI (ILL and CEA-Grenoble), and in the framework of the MoU between ILL and JAERI. One is installed on the ILL instrument D3 (Millennium Project) and the other on the CEA-Grenoble instrument IN22. The JAERI CRYOPAD is now in commissioning. The current status of the CRYOPAD on TAS-1 is reported.
