Abstract
The results on temperature-dependent conductivity of a nanotubular polyaniline measured in a wide range of temperatures by Long et al. (Appl. Phys. Lett. 83 (2003) 1863; J. Appl. Phys. 93 (2003) 2962, Physica B 325 (2003) 208) are explained on the basis of phonon-assisted tunneling theory as a free charge carriers generation mechanism.
