Abstract
The B-T phase diagram of the mercury based superconductor HgBa2CuO4 (Hg-1201) was studied in detail by means of ac and dc susceptibility measurements. Apart from determining the phase boundaries and the irreversibility line, we found a remarkably high vortex mobility over large areas of the mixed state including solid as well as liquid vortex phases.
