Abstract
The nucleation of ferromagnetic phase in amorphous LaSrMnO films during amorphous state-crystal transition has been studied. It is shown, that due to growth of electrical activity of Sr atoms intensive generation of Mn4+ ions directly in the solid solution results in activation of variable-range hopping mechanism of conductivity and sharp development of ferromagnetic clusters system.
