Abstract
The results of this study show that the different types of wastewaters present a genotoxic risk. Additional studies should be undertaken in the analytical field in order to try to identify and quantify the compounds responsible for the genotoxicity. This difficult task will be necessary in order to identify the sources of toxicants and thus to take preventive and/or curative measures to limit the toxicity of the wastewater.
