Audit interne de la qualité du système de management de l'hygiène et de la sécurité dans deux laboratoires de biologie médicale à Abidjan

The hygiene and security management system can assist laboratories to bring under control the working accident risks connected to their production procedures and thus, to improve their performances. So from 116 requirements of an adopted quality reference, this study which estimated the quality of the hygiene and security management system in two clinical biochemistry laboratories, allowed to establish a global weakness of the technical and institutional arrangement in setting up. This valuation of the hygiene and security measures integrated in the quality assurance process in progress in these publics laboratories, contributed to inform the personnel and make them aware of the working accident risks.
