Abstract
Although rare, cases of cysticercosis and neurocysticercosis may still be encountered in industrialized nations, where the parasite has been almost eradicated. Ocular signs of disk edema and macular serous fluid secondary to neurocysticercosis may correspond to optic nerve, parenchymal, orextraparenchymal disease.
