Abstract
In conclusion, verapamil does not exert any beneficial effect on documented episodes of atrial tachyarrhythmia in patients with brady-tachy syndrome implanted with a DDDR device. Moreover, this drug was ineffective in reducing the number of palpitation episodes reported by the patient.
