Abstract
Conclusion: There is a risk of cancer promotion from the surviving epithelia if the oral pre cancerous lesions were not completely removed by laser therapy. Laser vaporisation involves a high risk for cancer promotion. Key words: Lasers, Precancerous conditions, Wound healing
