Abstract
A computer-assisted navigation system provides real-time navigational control during implant surgery. The system has the advantage of ensuring accuracy of implant placement, thus avoiding damage to the neurovascular structures and perforation into the maxillary sinus. This report illustrates the use of a computerassisted navigation system for dental implantology in 3 patients.
