Abstract
► The scenario planning process is examined. ► It is demonstrated that there is no common understanding on how perceived uncertainty should be examined. ► Three propositions are developed which concern the scenario planning process. ► An integrated scenario planning process is presented which addresses all levels of perceived uncertainty.
