Abstract
⺠The scenario planning process is examined. ⺠It is demonstrated that there is no common understanding on how perceived uncertainty should be examined. ⺠Three propositions are developed which concern the scenario planning process. ⺠An integrated scenario planning process is presented which addresses all levels of perceived uncertainty.
