Abstract
ⶠThe osmotic second virial coefficient B22 is a measure of protein interactions. ⶠB22 can be measured efficiently by self-interaction chromatography (SIC). ⶠMicrofluidic SIC measurements in 100 μm diameter monoliths are demonstrated. ⶠThis miniaturized system makes B22 measurement possible with minimal protein consumption.
