Abstract
Technology and protocols of use of a new generation fortifiers must take into account the physicochemical properties of both matter - breast milk and supplements. Human milk fortifier manufactured on the basis of mother's milk already entered the U.S. market and may lead to a breakthrough in the nutrition of preterm infants as far as obtaining material for their production will not be contrary to the ethics and the production costs are to be rationalized.
