Abstract
The authors present a case of 2-months-old infant with aorto-pulmonary window resulting in heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. After establishing diagnosis with echocardiography, the patient underwent urgent surgical correction of the heart defect. In postoperative period the patient was effectively treated for pulmonary hypertension with nitric oxide. Postoperative follow-up showed good results of cardiovascular treatment.
