This paper addresses the issues of parents' participation in the diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, whose parental authority has been restricted or suspended or deprived of parental authority. The problems of participation in the diagnosis and therapy are discussed taking into account the right to give consent to the provision of health and the right to be informed about the health of the child.
