Abstract
A considerable changeability of clinical manifestation in patients with diagnosed Meckel's diverticulum can be observed. Interview and physical examination of a patient was of great significance in differential diagnosis of acute inflammation occurring within the abdominal cavity, which might be caused by Meckel's diverticulum. However, the final diagnosis was determined during an operation.
