Abstract
The paper presents the case of a 13-year-old boy with deep mental retardation and drug-refractory epilepsy, who underwent the diagnosis of disseminated nodular lung lesions. The radiological picture suggested interstitial lung disease and anamnesis provided no information about tuberculosis was made on the basis of the histopathological picture of the spacimen in lung biopsy, and the positive culture of bacillus tuberculosis.
