Abstract
1. In children with JIA LV diastolic dysfunction is observed. 2. In evaluation of LV diastolic dysfunction in patients with JIA, use of several parameters is recommended. MPI and VpMV seem to be the most valuable, due to their independence from other factors. 3. AEF is a useful parameter in evaluation of left ventricle diastolic function.
