Abstract
Primary immunodeficiencies are rare genetic disorders. However, due to the fact that more than 10 per 100 000 habitant are affected, all primary immunodeficiencies considered collectively have a significant impact on public health. Efficient early diagnosis of primary immunodeficiency is crucial for prognosis of the patients. Only through out close collaboration with primary care physicians, nurses, and patients organizations at a national and international level is it possible to achieve this aim.
