Abstract
Connective tissue diseases are characteristic by similar clinical manifestations, chronic course with exacerbations and improvement. Their onset is often non characteristic. In these cases widespread differented diagnosis is necessary. Author discuses the role of laboratory tests in diagnosis of the rheumatic inflammatory diseases in children.
