Abstract
Fetal therapy is developing quickly now branch of medicine, that deals with diseases and congenital anomalies diagnostics and therapy in an unborn child - in utero. Nowadays, fetus has become a fully - privileged patient for medical and surgical therapies. The aim of the review is to delineate general tendencies of development of fetal therapy yesterday, today and in the future.
