Abstract
1.Tilt test is a useful method for diagnosing etiology of syncope in more than half of children. 2.The most common type of neurocardiogenic syncope in children is mixed type of vasovagal reaction. 3.Unspecifi ed discomfort is the most common presyncopal symptom. 4.Patients with more than 5 episodes of syncope in anamnesis had positive test result more often than children with less episodes. 5.No correspondence between incidence and type of prodromal symptoms reported in anamnesis and test result was observed.
