Abstract
Not only food allergy elimination diet could be effective but it should also contain all necessary nutrient components. In cow milk allergy in infants, if they have no coexistent disorders (for example enteropathy), it is necessary only to modify protein content alone in the formula. Content of fats and carbohydrates could be equivalent to preset normal levels. It is important to check the accurate intake of polyunsaturated long-chain fatty acids, especially dokosahexaenoic (DHA) to make positive influence on central nervous system development and on immunologic regulation (in it reduction risk of allergic diseases). Carbohydrates' content is a regulator of hunger and satiety mechanisms and it stimulates appropriate GUT microflora development. The main carbohydrate of human milk is lactose which performs all that functions and is an essential substrate to central nervous system building and simplify calcium absorption. Therefore, the supply of lactose brings many clinical benefits in children, who are allergic to cow's milk protein and are without clinical symptoms of intolerance.
