Abstract
The treatment of lymphatic malformations, most commonly occurred in the head and neck region, has been the challenge for decades. Surgery of the dispersed lesions has to be limited by the structures and organs of vital importance or simply by the external scars and patients impairment. The authors would like to present the two patients with huge cystic lymphangiomas treated by OK-432 (Picibanil) injections. In the described cases this particular sclerosant technique occurred to be effective and safe. The precise technique of OK-432 administration and the review of the literature were presented.
