Abstract
Vertigo in children is difficult diagnostic and therapeutic problem. There are several causes; both central and peripherial. We introduce the case of 3-year-old boy, who in course of generalised infection, presented paroxysmal vertigo with nystagmus. Several years of observation let verification of first diagnosis and qualify this pathology as benign paroxysmal vertigo.
