Abstract
Effectiveness of probiotics in prevention and treatment of some allergic diseases in children is still a matter of discussion especially in atopic dermatitis, bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis. Nowadays there is a lack of scientific evidence of probiotics use in prevention and treatment of allergy in children due to contradictory results of studies concerning some probiotic species.
