Abstract
Crohn's disease tends to be difficult to diagnose. However, the presence of the recurrent inflammatory lesions of the anus should prompt the extension of the affliction's diagnosis. The most vital examination is an ileocolonoscopy with the assessment of the terminal ileum, because inflammatory changes can be limited only to this region. The upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy should be performed in each patient.
