Abstract
The article addresses the problem of the legal basis of the underage patient's discharge from the hospital. The authors discuss discharge from the hospital after completion of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as well as on-demand discharge of a legal representative. The issue of the so-called disciplinary discharge is also discussed.
