Abstract
Sweet's syndrome is a rare acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis, presenting with tender erythematous skin lesions, fever, leukocytosis with neurtophilia and diffuse neutrophilic infiltrate in the skin. We present the case of a 23-month-old girl with erythematous-nodular skin lesions appearing during febrile infection. We found all diagnostic criteria of Sweet's syndrome and excellent response to the treatment with systemic corticosteroids.
