Abstract
1. Severe early-onset infection, independently of their kind, increase the percentage and number of CD4+/CD25+ in prematures. Estimate of CD4+/CD25+ may be a marker of early-onset infection, especially in cases with negative results of bacteriological findings. 2. Birth asphyxia and nonphysiological delivery had any influence of quantitive changes of CD4+/CD25+ in prematures.
